大型數位基礎建設往往同時涉及工程統包、設計管理、專業施工、資源協調與資訊系統。當不同專業各自推進,卻缺乏共同的協作介面與資訊架構時,即使單一團隊具備成熟的技術能力,仍可能在設計銜接、施工工序與專案管理上產生落差。

因此,面對這類跨專業整合需求,吉大工程所投入的並不只是單一工程服務,而是以合作夥伴為基礎,整合統包承攬、設計管理、資源整合與資訊系統,逐步建立一套能共同協作、持續延伸的數位基建工程模式。

Large-scale digital infrastructure projects bring together turnkey delivery, design management, specialist construction, resource coordination and information systems. When these disciplines advance independently without a shared interface and information framework, gaps can still emerge in design coordination, construction sequencing and project management, even when each team is technically capable.

In response to these multidisciplinary integration needs, GTec is moving beyond a single engineering scope. By working with key partners across turnkey delivery, design management, resource integration and information systems, GTec is building a collaborative digital infrastructure delivery model that can evolve with the project from design through execution and ongoing operations.

從單一承攬走向專業協作From Single-Scope Contracting to Professional Collaboration

這套協作模式的核心,不是將不同專業單純並列,而是讓統包、設計管理、資源整合與資訊系統形成彼此銜接的工程鏈。由整體工程需求出發,各合作團隊依專業分工共同參與設計、施工與資訊整合,並透過一致的管理與資訊架構降低介面落差,使工程成果能從前期規劃一路延伸至後續營運。

The collaboration model is designed not as a collection of separate disciplines, but as a connected delivery chain linking turnkey engineering, design management, resource integration and information systems. Each partner contributes its specialist expertise within a shared project and information framework, helping reduce interface gaps and carry project knowledge seamlessly from planning and construction into ongoing operations.

資訊成為跨專業整合介面Information as the Interface Across Disciplines

施工與竣工階段可透過 Autodesk Construction Cloud(ACC)與 BIM 建築資訊模型管理工程資訊、設計資料與施工介面,讓不同角色不只是各自完成工作,而是在同一套資訊架構下共同完成工程。

During construction and completion, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM can be used to manage project information, design data and construction interfaces, enabling different roles to deliver the project together within a shared information structure.

從工程夥伴走向數位基建合作夥伴From Engineering Partners to Digital Infrastructure Partners

吉大工程希望透過與不同專業團隊建立長期合作關係,逐步形成涵蓋統包承攬、設計管理、資源整合、資訊系統與後續營運的完整服務模式。從單一工程到共同協作,從專業分工到系統整合,這也是吉大工程投入數位基建的重要方向。

By building long-term relationships with specialist teams, GTec aims to form an integrated delivery model spanning turnkey engineering, design management, resource integration, information systems and ongoing operations. Moving from individual scopes toward shared delivery and system integration is a key direction for GTec's digital infrastructure work.
